Overview

The Memphis Franchise Group needed a creative campaign that would drive foot traffic and increase sales across their Baskin Robbins locations. The challenge was to create memorable, award-winning out-of-home (OOH) advertising that would stand out in a competitive market while maintaining brand consistency with the national Baskin Robbins identity.

The Challenge

Creating impactful billboard and digital campaigns that would drive measurable sales increases while competing with other local franchises and national brands. The campaign needed to work across multiple formats including billboards, digital ads, email marketing, and social media while maintaining visual consistency.

The Solution

Developed a series of creative campaigns featuring Baskin Robbins' iconic Pink Spoon, seasonal promotions like Polar Pizza, and holiday-themed content. The designs leveraged bold typography, vibrant colors, and playful imagery that captured attention while clearly communicating promotions and brand messaging.

Results

The campaign resulted in the highest grossing franchise sales period, with measurable increases in foot traffic and sales across all participating locations. The billboard designs received industry recognition and became a template for future campaigns.
